What to Expect on Your First Visit
Welcome to the Olsen Orthodontic Family - We Can't Wait to Meet You!
We are looking forward to meeting you and are excited to be able to serve you. Your first visit will take place at our Lander office. Here, our Treatment Coordinator will get to know you and your needs, take some photos and an x-ray then introduce you to Dr. Olsen. He will discuss how, together, you can achieve the smile you deserve as well as answer any questions. Once you have started treatment, you can be seen at the location which is most convenient for you.
When you arrive for your appointment, please be sure to bring the following with you:
- Completed New Patient Forms
- Copy of Insurance Card (if you have dental insurance)
- Your smile!

For your convenience, all of our new patient forms are now available for you to complete online at your leisure.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an e-mail from OrthoFi with a personalized link where you can sign in and complete your forms. Insurance & Financing
We have many different payment options when it comes to paying for your orthodontic care, and would love to discuss them with you. Feel free to discuss them during your complimentary consultation, or give us a call! We’d be happy to answer any of your questions.
Our practice accepts most major credit cards and insurance plans and CareCredit and we are always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork, if you have insurance that will be covering any portion of your orthodontic treatment.
